【Noblesse Oblige CryptoDiary 6】An inevitable outcome, and the factors and phenomena

Almost all cryptocurrencies subtly apply significant selling pressure to recover their expenses from the market, resulting in a negative-sum game. For instance, if a cryptocurrency incurs expenses of 1 billion yen and manages to recover 1 billion yen from the market, how much will the project reinvest in the market? Likely only a fraction, perhaps around 10 million yen.

Based on these hypothetical figures, this results in a negative sum of 990 million yen. Furthermore, since most cryptocurrencies are inflationary tokens with non-circulating supplies, selling these non-circulating tokens in the market leads to further dilution, accelerating inflation and causing prices to drop. The underlying structure is already flawed, and the actions of these projects only exacerbate the negative-sum game. They may appear to invest in promotions or other activities, but the actual effectiveness of these investments is questionable.

Despite spending on marketing, they still need to sell off substantial amounts of tokens to recover expenses, leading to massive price drops and, often, scams. This cycle of hype followed by crashes is common. In contrast, consider Noblesse Oblige. We are committed to avoiding expenses altogether. That’s why we don’t spend money on promotions and provide other services for free. We sustain ourselves through activities unrelated to the currency, generating daily income independently.

This means that apart from the initial issuance cost, there are no additional expenses, and the project is not susceptible to collapse due to economic pressures. Our goal is zero expenses, so even if attention builds slowly and investors are slow to come, the project remains unaffected, simply passing through time. On the other hand, many other cryptocurrencies face economic and tax burdens, as well as issues related to personal and stakeholder compensation.

When progress stalls, these projects are forced to sell off market shares to cover ongoing expenses, which can easily lead to project failure over time. This structural flaw means that many projects fail when facing difficulties or stagnation, exacerbated by exaggerated advertising that misleads people and contributes to market crashes. Therefore, Noblesse Oblige’s currency structure, philosophy, and my own knowledge, experience, and philosophy create a structurally beautiful and strong foundation.

We aim to build a market that trends upward. That’s why I recommend investing a small amount in our fundamentally strong but currently under-recognized currency. A small investment is sufficient. Unfortunately, people often get distracted by fake projects and fail to recognize genuine, well-thought-out projects like ours. This reality is disappointing. Understand the essence, pay attention to us, and learn; only then will a new world open up.
